For this huge sale event at Afterpay, I came up with the CRM messaging framework that the team then used for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Small Biz Saturday, and Giving Tuesday comms and owned content. Our cross-functional, collaborative efforts between the content & marketing teams made this Black Friday/Cyber Monday blockbuster campaign Afterpay’s most successful yet.

The US broke 100 million in GMV on Black Friday
In-store shopping was up 442% in the US compared to last year
Globally, across all regions and platforms, sales on Afterpay were up 39% compared to last year
