April Fools at Afterpay
You know what cuts through the noise of April Fools content? Pets. Cute, fluffy, kissable, lovable pets. For this year’s April Fools, I used our collective obsession with pets to stop the scroll and get customers to engage. Although the concept of pet weddings with Afterpay was manufactured, I still conveyed our value prop of paying in 4 interest-free installments. Once customers were let in on the joke, I gave them the [very real] opportunity to discover more pet brands and shop for their fur babies.
